CHARLES NAUMERis a Ph.D. student at The Information School at the University of Washington. He has BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Economics and a Masters degree in Public Policy with a focus on social policy. His current research interests are in the areas of performance and outcome measurement, the use of information to support decision making, and information’s role in the formation and implementation of public policy.
